How to Use the Loan Calculator

Click the "Calculate Monthly Payment" button, and the amount of the monthly payment will appear. For a printable amortization schedule, click the "Show Amortization Schedule" button. If you wish to see the results of making a regular extra monthly payment, enter the desired amount, and click the amortization button again.
